- When does my order go out?
- Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are packed the same day. Everything ships tracked and lands in 2–4 working days.
- What does delivery cost?
- £4.95 tracked, and free once your basket passes £200.00.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes — checkout takes addresses worldwide, with tracked delivery wherever you are. Everything ships from the UK.
Returns
- How long do I have?
- 14 days from the day it lands. Unworn, tags on, packaging intact — footwear back in its original box, inside a shipping box.
- Can I swap a size instead?
- Yes, when the size you want is on the shelf. Message before sending anything back so it can be held for you.
Sizing
- How do the tracksuits fit?
- True to size for a regular fit. Size up one for the boxier drape most people wear them with.
- What about footwear?
- Sneakers are listed in UK sizing and run true to size. Slides run small — take one size up.
- A size is struck through — is it coming back?
- A struck-through size is sold out on the shelf right now. Message with the docket number and you'll be told when it lands again.
Sourcing & Wholesale
- Can't find what you're after?
- Message us — most designer pieces that aren't on the shelf can still be sourced, for a sourcing fee on top of the piece itself.
- Do you do wholesale?
- Yes — message with what you're after and the quantities and we'll put a deal together.
Payment
- How do I pay?
- PayPal, or a card without needing a PayPal account. Payment details are entered on PayPal's own checkout — they never touch this site.
- Is the price what I pay?
- Tax is included in every listed price. Delivery is added at checkout, and there's nothing after that.
